A Bagger brace will not fix issues with the road surface. Trammeling over uneven parallel joints in the road will make any bike feel like it will make uncommanded lane changes.

What air pressure are you guys running? I run 36/40 and I don't consider this to be a significant problem. Maybe the roads in the west are better but I doubt it for Texas lately.

I do seem to notice the tar snakes on my Ultra more than I did on my yamaha road star. Then again, cross winds and semi's don't seem to affect my ultra nearly as much as it did the star. I figure it's just a trait of Harley's and I can live with it. Just have to keep prepared and I think other than the eerie feeling, it shouldn't be a real danger.

At least I hope not.

The Snakes are bad in eastern NC...I just pucker up and ride through them....When tires slip on wet tar i don't think a brace would eliinate this...maybe improve the recovery a bit but???

Just don't tense up and ride through them, as long as you're on the gas the bike will go throught them. We've got em' all over New Mexico.

Yeh, first time I experienced a good run of tar snakes, I had to stop to separate my butt cheeks.

LMAO...On a scale of 1 to 10 what was your pucker factor. We have them all over up here in illinois. They're really bad when it's around 85 to 90 outside.

I keep a clean pair of underwear in the saddlebag in case of a tar snake encounter.
