Default 2009 strret glide map problem

hi i am new to forum but not to harleys.im on mt forth one and could really use some help.i bought a 2009 street glide last sept.this winter i took it to a dealer here in iowa and asked them for 1003 kit.they recommended 10.50 to1 compression pistons along with 211 cams,screamin eaglepro super tuner and big sucker air filter up grade.as did 4 other dealers in my area.i took them rinehart slip ons and also had them send my new cylinders and my heads to daimond heads to be show cut.they had a 5 angle valve job done on my heads before they went there.at this time bike had 1318 miles on it.all was good except when they put in on dyno they said rineharts were to restrictive .so they found bubs 2 inch baffles p/n 22-00034/2 or p/n1860-0026 could be cut and fit perfectly.and for you that want more noise out of your stock rinehart slip ons this sounds great.i got the bike back and it ran super dyno results were 95.5horse 111.16 ft lbs of torgue.dealer advise i would need to warm it up aliitle more before leaving home.problem is it takes about 5 minutes to warm up and you can not ride it till it does .if tou try to throttle it during this time it fills my garage full of smoke and back fires and misses.after it warms up and idle comes down it will sit and fluctuate about 400 to 500 rpm untill you ride.been back to dealer 4 times .last trip new ecu,new race tuner,new throttle control and handle bars,and new throttle body.problem solved except bike now has less power than it had when it was 96 cu in and has 3000-3200 rpm stutter in first 4 gears.bike has been on dyno combined time of about 500 miles.i believe this is a map problem any help woulb be appreciated.i rode my 2006 street glide carg model 21/2 years with out going back to dealer.so much for fuel injection

sounds like you've ended up creating something that you're unhappy with. the whole situation sounds like it has not turned out well for you. hope you are able to get it figured out. you've got a good combination of parts there it seems.

also from what i'm reading the dyno guy you've used is pretty well clueless. there are some, albeit few, that are absolute wizards with dynos and mapping. find a good one and you will probably be pleasantly surprised.

thanks jim.italked to dealer today and he gave me 2009 street glide to ride till they get it figured out.he also offered to swap me into a new if need be.i am going to wait a week or two as they found out that there dyno is not getting correct readings as when the turn the fuel all the way up it still read lean seems they are supposed to clean the o2 sniffer for exhaust and they never have.dealer is trying very hard to make this right so itold him i would hang in alittle longer.
