I got a 97 (carburated) Road King with the 1340 EVO engine and want a little more rumble over the HD Touring mufflers I've got on it now; would like volume equal to or just over the new Screamn' Eagle Street Performace Mufflers. Fuelmoto says they can sell me either muffler with the Silent Sport packing on it, so would like to hear some opinions from those of you who have this type of set up and the size baffle you're running.
I have the jack pots with the smaller baffles..I had 2.5 " wild pigs baffles & loved it, except I will have to keep it just for the sturgis rally..its really loud!! I'd go with the smaller baffles & the mufflers will get louder with age..as the inner wrappings wear from use....don't know a thing about rush mufflers..I'd say you would like the jack pots..but remember, larger baffles the louder it will be!! Jackpots have an inner cone so you don't get blue pipes...good luck !!
Was running the Jackpots on my '99 Twin Cam with 2.0 on the right side and 1.75 w/torque cone on the left side; recommended by Fuel Moto. Sounded real nice with a low rumble at low rpm's and barked pretty good when I hit it.
Road twister, which baffles are you running with the Jackpots 1.50 or 1.75?
..might have to go and look..I believe the right side is 2.0 and the left side is 1.75.. its the one fuel moto comes as stock...I'd have to go measure..but I know the right side is larger and recommended that way from FM
