Default This Ultra made me a Fatboy

So.......bought me another bike. The non-motorized kind. Anyway, since May 15th I've put 750 miles on it and have dropped 21 lbs as of today.

One thing for sure, you won't hear me b!tchen about the seat on my Harley.

My wife and I rented bicycles in Inisheer, Ireland and pedaled around the island for a day. My butt was sore for 2 days after that.

Congrats on the weight loss. I need to buy a new bike to get around on.

Yea, those seats can take some getting used to. Bigger is not better, to much chit between your legs.

Another few weeks and you will hardly notice the seat. Keep up the good work.

Good for you! I ride my bicycle 100 or so miles a week and have been doing this for over a year. 3000 miles the first year. Have dropped 23 lbs of fat and now take no Rx's at all. My Doc was stunned when I went in for my annual physical.
What's really nice about it is that you can drink a beer or two and have the occasional ice cream cone without any guilt.
Consistency is the key.........
