so how do you install them? One at a time thru the valve stem? Or can you pull the tire and drain the air and pop the bead and just pour them in that way?

either way. mine came in a plastic tube that could be poured into the valve stem once the core was removed, but since I was getting new tires they just poured them in the tire before they seated the bead on one side.

As I understand it when installing thru the valve stem the trick is to trickle them in a couple at a time so they don't get clogged up at the mouth of the stem.

YOu can install them without losing any of them if you install them before you seat the bead that way you can just dump them in. I did it that way last time and all is good
It beats spending 30 min. trying to get them to go in through the valve stem

They work great! Have used them on both my bikes and all of the guys I ride with also use them. Installation thru the valve stem is a little timely but if you use some sort of vibrating object on the valve stem it makes them flow much faster. Will never go back to wheel weights!

Don't buy the Filtered Valve Core, it doesn't fit to HD valve stem.

Thanks for all the info, I ordered two 2oz packages with applicator last evening. I also was doing some more info searching on the web and found a site that suggested using a cheap engraving(electric)tool to vibrate the valve stem so the beads wouldn't clog it up.
I can't remember the site, but it showed laying the tip of the tool against the valve stem when pouring the beads in. Man it is amazing to this ole country boy, what inventive folks there are. Again thanks, and will report back when I have the beads in and have a few trips to work and back.

I could not get them to go into the valve stem that came on my RC Componets wheels. So I just broke the bead on one side and dumped them in. Seems to work great, just hope they did not find any water or lube in the tire... But, I would think after a little ridding that water or soap would evaperate from inside the tire....
