Default Replacing spokes: where to buy
Has anyone replaced their spokes with either chrome or stainless spokes? I'm running laced wheels on my 05 RKC and like them, but the spokes are pretty rusted and ugly. Wheels and hubs are good so I thought I'd just replace the spokes at this tire change.

If you've done it, did you go chrome or stainless and where did you buy them?

Use stainless. Unless you wax chrome regularly, they will eventually pit. The stock spokes are coated with zinc, and despite waxing as recommended by the MOCO, always look like crap. Any good indy can get spokes and re-lace your wheel.

I'd definitely go with stainless as stated above.

Gold spokes might look good depending on your paint color.
