I looking for good dyno tuner in the north Atlanta area (Marietrta, Ga). I was having some work done by my local dealer. As part of diagnosing the problem the mechanic had to run my bike pretty hard to get it good and hot. When he got back from his ride he discussed the diagnosis with me. While he was talking to me he said I had some "pinging" and need to have it dyno tuned. Interesting enought he did not recommend the dealership he worked for, but he didn't have any recommendations. I do not hear any "pinging" but have decided to take his advice. I have the power package from Fuel Moto (PCV, Dyno tuned Jackpots and high flow air cleaner) so anyone with any knowledge of a good tuner in my area would be appreciated.
I have heard some great reports from folks about Hog Wild out in Temple (west of Atlanta). Their dyno operator is factory trained from DynoJet and has their software.
American V-Twin in Fayetteville. John tunes on Mondays and Fridays. Great tuner with years of experience. Tunes power caommander and Harley race tuner. If not changed he gets $200 for pc and $250 for race tuner.
Thanks to all the guys that have replied here as well as to the guys that have pm'd me. Looks like I am fortunate to have a lot of good options available to me.
