Probably doesnt matter what brand as others have said. the highest octane available where I am is 91 and all of it has up to 10% ethanol besides Phillips 66. Thats the place I always buy from.

I have been involved with oil and gas for 30 years and I'm a little confused. Nitrogen is a gas that can be liquified by a crogenic process (very cold). N2 liquifies at about -249 F as I remember, I may be off on that number and I 'm certain someone will tell me, so I'm not going to look it up.

How the hell can Nitrogen be in a fuel that is stored at ambient temperature? In addition Nitrogen is an inert gas, meaning it does not burn. Why would you want to lower the flashpoint of the stuff that makes the power, gasoline?

I use Shell in an 08 and a 1980 Shovel. Both run so good

on it. I always use it. I also always fill up at the same station.

That may have something to do with it.

I use Texaco premium and have had no problems. I periodically use Shell and have not had an issue.

I've had good luck with Sunoco. Just had a tank of Hess and my mileage dropped. Could have been the mountain driving too though.

Phillips 66 has "no ethanol" fuel in our area. That's what I buy..... unless I'm on the road. 93 octane.

I never use shell. Nitrogen is an inert gas, so I think adding this to their gas is just snake oil and a marketing scam. Highest octane I've seen on the west coast is 92. I always use chevron and an octane booster.

I use Shell 93 Premium. Bike runs great, no pinging even in 105 degree weather in N. TX
