2 Up Rack 10lb Capacity?

2 Up Rack 10lb Capacity?
Installed the low backrest bar and 2 up rack on the 4 point docking hardware on my 09 Road King. All went on vey nicely. My complaint is that the 2 up rack has a label on it stating the capacity is a maximum of 10 lbs, which is pretty useless. Looks like it will hold more safely. What has your experience been?

I don't have that same rack, but I don't know anyone who limits their luggage to 10 lbs., I know I don't. Never had a problem with the stealth rack that I have. It is not quick connect or only mounted to the passenger backrest though. It is hard mounted, not removeable. The main concern is that excessive weight on the back can and will affect the way the bike handles.
