Your friend is one fortunate dude and I surely congratulate him on that engine. Personally, I would go with Zipper's Performance 120 but that's only because I love the "sleeper" build. And, on that, every rider fits within two categories, the CVO crowd that wants the bling and whatever it means to them or the sleeper build crowd that gets all the power they want but try to keep it a "Hidden Tiger/Sleeping Dragon kind of thing. WTF, eh? Anyway, he'll need to put out about $9450.00 for the setup, which includes base price of $7999.00 for the engine, the motor assembly that'll be about 6 hours labor or an approx. $450.00, fitment of the engine will run about 8 hours worth of work for another $600.00 or so; and there will be somewhere around a 100 to 150.00 more for gaskets and fluids, etc. And he'll need about $275.00 for a clutch upgrade that uses the TPP lockup along with either an SE diaphram or a Barnett--note this type of clutch setup for a Jim's 120p is favored by many HD Dealers as far as a clutch setup is concerned and is cheaper than buying a complete clutch. On the clutch, however, I would strongly recommend using Zipper's "Variable Pressure Clutch" --

http://www.zippersperformance.com/ca...=588&prod=2100 --and match it to the D&D Boarzilla exhaust system. Note that Zipper's provides very high resolution maps for either D&D's Boarzilla or for Bub Rineharts using their Thundermax EFI system for the Jim's 120, which is the highest resolution EFI in existence right now. Anyway, it's all good and I'm sure he'll be freaking whack happy over the Jim's 120, for sure. Definitely point him in the direction of the Zipper's links I gave just so he can, at least, familiarize himself with what they offer regarding the Jim's 120...that lucky dude.
Ride on,
