I like the Ultra Limited also with the blue/wht. Hopefully HD will have a trade-up program similar to the sportster where a man with an '08 Ultra can trade into a '10 limited getting full msrp on the '08. Then, I am a trading.
Great dream. No way they'll ever do that, IMO. They'd never be able to sell all the '08's that they took in trade.
They say there are 9 new models. To me there are actually only five new models/styles.
The Dyna Wide Gide is back.
Not at all what I remember the Dyna Wide Glide to be. I loved the looks of the older (2 years ago) Wide Glide, but what’s up with these new handle bars?
A Fat Boy Lo:
I’m not sure how it’s different, I guess it’s a blacked out Fat Boy. I don’t really care.
Road Glide Custom:
They put a Road Glide Fairing on a Street Glide.
Electra Glide Ultra Limited:
Kind of a step between the Ultra and the Screamin’ Eagle Ultra, I guess.
Street Glide Trike:
My next bike, once my old body gives out and I can’t hold up my Street Glide anymore.
.................and where's that guy, that said I was crazy, for saying I thought there might be a Street Glide Trike? I was right for once.
Don't tell my wife thought, she still thinks I'm always wrong.
The other four “new Modles” are Screamin Eagle models that change every year, so it’s not really new then is it………….and it looks like the Screamin’ Eagle Street Glide doesn’t have a Chrome Front End, a Chrome Wheels and a Painted Inner Fairing, I'm glad I didn't wait........and I tired that kind of "Highway/Crash/Engine Bar" on my old Fat Boy and the footpegs where worthless, that high up in the air.
I must say the Sreamin Eagle Convertible is new. It looks just like what I did to my old '07 Fat Boy.

When I think of "ruffling my feathers" I think of things I don't like... that would be the Street Glide CVO - looks like it just retuned from a "Pimp My Ride" episode gone wrong. Or maybe "Queer Eye"...
What "trips my trigger?" in the 2010 line up? I'm glad to see the Street Glide crowd will get thier version of the best road bike ever built by HD - the Road Glide Custom. I would never lower my baby but it will satisfy those that don't ride much and still want a solid bike.
slammed front fender is when the fender sits closer to the tire. If you look at the picture you'll see it looks like it's sitting just above the tire vs a regular fender where it's something like a half and inch above.
Will keep my '09 Ultra cuz trading in for a new bike similar to mine doesn't justify the price and trade-in costs altogether unless they got a program just like the Sporty for a big Twin. That is a BIG if HD does it. The problem is what would I go for ?. Electra Glide Ultra Limited...IMO, It's a friggin ugly color coordinated bike slammed with 103" motor.
Nuh-Nah, I'll slam more Chrome Bling on my baby next Spring cuz 96" with recent installation of FuelMoto Package (Rush Muffler 2", PCV and SEAC) made me one happy biker today.
From everything I've read on this and several other forums, the MOCO may have really screwed themselves this time. Not at all good in these economic times.
Seems like they're just completely out of touch with what the people really want. They seem to be relying on their usual arrogant attitude that they've used in the past to carry them through. Don't think it's gonna work this time!
The new victorys have me more fired up than the 2010 HDs do. I have yet to see one in person. The ones I have seen in the past have seemed cheesy compaired to a harley though.
I was planning on getting a new 2010 to keep my 05 RG company, but then decided to buy a new 2009 Challenger SRT-8 back in May instead, and now I am glad I made that decision. I don't see any of the new bikes that trip my trigger so I'll keep on keepin on with my RG for now. I think it looks better that any of the new ones anyway.
