while the initial frame issue was a FACTORY issue, everything you are suffering since then is related to your DEALER. have you aired these concerns to the GM at the dealer?
Nope: All issue are with Factory Harley..

Shocks blew out due to a seal, Pure luck on my part... you should have seen the poor guys faces at SJH......

Not just Frame, Gas Tank , Swing Arm and now Shocks , the bike is falling apart and being rebuilt..

I will contact a Lemon Law Atty.

If this was not documented by SJH I would NEVER Ever belive any of this....

First thing 8 am PST, I will try ang keep my emotions out of it and stick to a script

As upset as you are, I would say REDO whatever the cost. When you get the bike back or whatever, sell it and start all over. Go buy another of the same bike and look at the welds before you take it home. You'll appreciate the new one more for all the trouble and expense you went through to get it.

Would have to agree with above poster, it probably won't be the same when you get it back, I'm sure it will feel different in some respect. Just talking from experience..

Can anyone lead me to other related posts on this subject or related threads..

emwolb -- Carfax not necessary in this case. Just googled the VIN referenced here and got link right back to this forum string ... hdforums.com/forum/.../370866-letter-to-harley.html - 13 hours ago

Makes you think twice about putting any personal info out in the net-sphere...

I just smell BS here. Can't be one thing after another. Problems doesn't persist. Guess I'll have to STFU and keep reading trackadaptor's thread or two until MOCO does something for you with proof of documentation here.

Everything DAWG says on here is correct.

Good Luck,

Thorey
