It could be age catching up, or just getting wiser between the ears.. Either way, johnny law can't complain and if they do, they lose. Of course the big thing is not to be a nuisance and agitate them either. The performance cant be beat. I had the opportunity to take a ride on a road king that has been outfitted with exactly what is going on my bike this week. I cant wait. Great pull, the throttle seemed to be more positive. Could be just the new, but Im betting it will make a difference. Youll hear a good mellow deep tone. The tone we all have grown so accustomed too. Yet you get a handful of throttle and youll hear the bike bark. But, at the same time you dont hear that metallic ping within the sound. Its really bass sounding. At highway speeds, it mellows out. I could hear his iPod loud and clear. The looks are great and ready to be that eye catcher we like to have on our bikes. For the price, its hard not to. I will stand and say Ive been a V&H got to have person until these came out. The price, construction and performance has really going to make other manufactures stand up and take notice. Of course as always, my opinion is mine and I share it as just that. Ill argue only one point. If you have to ask why, youll never know... Ride Free, its a price some have paid with some, and others with their all. Let's Ride!
I have to admit, it's everything I expected. Better throttle response, sounded the same as when I had to the pleasure of riding a friends ride. Great sound!, not over the top. LOOKS are great as well. And I went ahead and put a better seat on as well. Set the KTP back 2.5" and now Momma's got room. LET'S RIDE!
Another vote for SE Fatshotz had them on awhile now great pipes and just so you know they will work on any TC96 touring bike not just 2010 as book says. And with a discount they can be had a good price 364 for mine. On a 07 RG

I just added 3 discs per side. I now I have 2000 miles on the modification. It has a touch more volume, better throttle response. Very easy to add the discs.

Hi Trek, you mean that you have modified your fatshotz by adding 3 discs per side, can you explain it more ( sorry for my english , i am french)
did you bought the suppertrap disc kit in order to modify you SE FATshotz?
I am asking you this thing, cause i love the sound of the SE Fatshotz on my FLHX ( Stage one) but i want them a bitter laouder
Mrrgrey Supertrapp has a set of 6 you can buy for 20 dollars. Easy to put on and it made the fatshotz a little louder..very little...but noticeable. Seemed to improve throttle response..I'm very happy withese slippons.
