Bobby Woods cams- TW5-6,TW6-6,or a TW7-H
Has anyone out there had any experience with these cams? We ride an 09 Street glide, with stage one breather and Rinehart slip-ons, PCV. Having a time with all the different profiles, as to what will work for me. I ride solo about fifty percent of the time, somewhat agressive. Then when we are two up we are packing in the neigborhood of 380 lbs. rider and passenger weight, plus luggage. Lookin for that sweet sound and torque increase as well. Any help here would be greatly appreciated..Scooter and T.

You will get a lot of suggestions on this and there are a lot of good choices out there. If it were my and I was only to do a cam change I would go with the HQ 500 cams. You could do a search on this topic as well.

If I were in your shoes I would probably run the 6. You will probably need to use an advance gear, depending on what your compression is currently at. But, if you ever decide to do further upgrades you can have your compression bumped and you can run it straight up. In any case you will see excellent results. Im running the TW6G's in my 04 Road King. They come on at 2400 and dont drop off until 5700. Couldnt be happier. If you want professional advice, either contact Bobby Woods directly, or give Scott at Hillside Cycle a call. He did my build, and has been using the woods cams in builds for over 15 years. He can definately get you were you need to be.
