I have purchased a 07 street glide and I have seen some threads about the stage one kits from fuelmoto. My bike runs great but id like alittle more out of it. Is the stage one kit the way to go. Help i dont know which way to go. leave it stock or do the stage one .. Help!!!!!
If you're looking for just a little more "response" from your bike then stage 1 is the way to go. I can't think of an easier way to get the complete kit than Fuelmoto. They know what they're doing and will sell you the right products.
In general, and I repeat that. In general, what you will get is a bike that breathes easier through the addition of a better, less restricted, intake and exhaust and an electronic control unit to make sure the rest of the engine knows what you've done. The increase in breathing will net you a better torque curve which translates to a better "seat of the pants dyno". You probably will not get an increase in HP. But, it's not necessary. Torque is what you want anyway
I believe you will see a nice improvement in both Trq. and HP.
FM is the way to go and I'll be on board soon. The 09' chart shows 14/14 improvement and the motor can now breath. IMO, you'll not find a better deal on a stage 1 package anywhere. http://jackpotmufflers.com/dyno.htm
