Default Road Zeppelin

Just picked up a Road Zeppelin seat today. Trying to set it up won't fit I have the adjustable harley back rest and the no more fried thighs (which I doubt has anything to do with it). Also when I turn the ignition (not starting all the way to late at night) nothing. Any ideas from the pros would help has me frustrated. Thanks guys

I know the 08's have a different seat set up to earlier models. when I put my RZ on my 04 Road glide I have to move the back rest support one hole forward. To be honest I've just about given up on the RZ, it pushes me too far forward, i just use a stock saddle and Air Hawk pad now.

He is referring to the accessory switch.. Your seat is plugged into it, and your must turn it on. If you hard wired it, the little air pump motor in your seat would run all the time and wear out fast. So push the switch, adjust your seat,.. then turn the switch back off.

I did not know that they made a RZ for the 08 and up. The little pump in my seat only runs when you use the the inflation buttons and the air reservoir pressure is reduced. When the reservoir is full pump does not run even when it sits for several days.
