94684-00A $189.oo?
Leaving for an extended trip and decided to get some tools together.
I am in the process of putting a tool kit together for an 07 Ultra and saw this. Does anyone have this (good-bad-over priced?) or have most people put their own kits together? If you did your own kit, what would did you include or wished you had if broken down and need to make some repairs.
Thanks for your time folks!

I have one....it was a gift from a relative. The tools in the Snap-On set are MUCH higher quality than the stock kit from HD. Having said that, I wouldn't have paid that kind of money personally however. Most of what is in there you can get from Home Depot for a lot cheaper and just as high of quality.

You could put together a more "comprehensive" set for a lot less money...

I wouldn't bother...Just use your own tools or buy some from sears if you don't own any.

Thanks for the replies so far. Kind of what I was figuring. I am going to start going through some of my extra tools at the garage. I have always been a big fan of Craftsman tools but do not want to pull from wall. Want something permanent dedicated to the bike only.

All you need is a few basic tools in case something comes loose on a extended trip. There is no substute for good maintance.A bunch of wire ties is handy to have,a tire repair kit and method of inflation, fuses, tape, flash light, jumper cables,a pair of gloves to handle a hot pipe.I actually have gotten more use out of the first aid kit that I carry.
