Just goes to show people that when they get a bike off the floor that has a larger engine they need to get it writting as to the warranty situation.
Obviously the dealer had it done or bought it that way without the Motor Company buying into it.
So the dealer is the culprit here.

yeppers, and thats the one that were going after, he's been informed everytime its gone into the shop,., his only reply was for me to ship it to him so he can fix it, but he wasnt going to pay for the shipping,., so now I'll look for an attorney in Iowa and see what we can do,.,
I just want out from under it and i'll call it even, but the dealer wont do it. so we play hardball i guess
