Question Primary Fluid

OK, I changed fluids in all 3 holes. With the primary do I fill it while it is on the Jiffy stand or does it have to be standing up? It took about 36-37 oz while on the jiffy stand.

Upright. Look through the derby cover and make sure the fluid just covers the bottom of the clutch basket. 32 oz for TC88's, TC96s take 38 oz wet

Fill it with the amount stated in the owners or service manual. Just one piece of advice from experience always take the derby cover off before dumping the fluid.

Thanks for the feedback. Since I filled it while it was on the Jiffy stand and only put in 36-37 oz I should stand it up and add another 1-2 oz? I should also get a jackstand for the bike too.

You'll be fine with the 36-37 oz. But in the future fill it while it is upright and shine a light into the bottom of the derby cover to ensure that it covers the bottom of the clutch basket. It is basically a wet bath with the chain whipping around so you'll be all set. Yes, you should get a jack, lift, whatever. Sears has a decent priced yellow aluminum jack that works pretty good.
