I bought a set of Samson true duals. The left side didnt fit. They said "tough" you own it. So beware.
I had to use a fulsac for the left side to make it all fit.
Not all that bad, can't tell and it works.

I moved from the V&H duals/ovals to the Bub 7 true duals for performance reasons. I must say I am liking the Bub 7 more and more. Here's more on the Bib 7's.

I have Bassani True Duals with V&H slash cut slip ons on my 02 RK .
The Power Curve of the Bassani makes it the equal length of the front pipe which in theory increases your horsepower (like equal length headers on hot rods / dragsters ).
The sound is great and I think the pipes look good .
Good quality and great fit .
I also read in a magazine that after installing the Bassani's on a bike that it ran cooler .
I don't have an oil temp dipstick so I can't say .

I ended up with Bub 7 true duels because I liked the tips. The Bubs and Rineharts are both made at Bub enterprises. As for loosing torque I wouldn't worry about that. I was told a stock EG from the factory would produce about 62hp+- and around 69'torque. After the dino mine (with stage 1) has 73hp and 86'torque. I enjoy the sound...

V & H true duals on my 08 RG. The V & H pipes are stock size so any muffler will fit. As far as I know the Rineharts are a custom size and will only fit Rinehart mufflers, unless someone can correct me on this.

I put Supertrapp mufflers on. I can add or remove plates and customize the tune / sound for each cylinder.

Didn't notice any loss of bottom end power, runs great.

The V&H true dual are 1 3/4" pipes. Same a the stock pipes.

The Rinehart true duals step from 1 3/4" to 1 7/8" to 2".
Rinehart also sells slip-on mufflers that will fit 1 3/4" pipes.

Bub 7 true duals step from 1 7/8" to 2". They sell slip-on mufflers for 1 3/4" pipes also.
