Ultra Classic in RV

Sorry for delay in responding to this, but just got back from my hols in Spain and didn't have access to the forum.
The hydraulics is very straightforward so I will certainly take care of that.
As attractive an option as the rear mounted cruiser lift looks, it just wouldn't work for me unfortunately, the roads in EU are that narrow that a 2.5m long bike (aka Ultra) would stick out the sides and be a mess to handle, which is why I have got to figure a "heavy duty" slide out type solution.
I have been going through this in my mind and I think it can be done and the solution could be very neat, but it is always easier to grab something "off the shelf"
Life is easier with the broad roads and open spaces in the US, heck I wouldn't dream of driving a US RV around here. My truck is 23ft long and 7ft wide and that is on the large side on this side of the pond.
