Default Ultra Classic in RV

Having a great time in our RV (motorhome more correctly in UK terms) in northern Spain, and feel somewhat guilty as I should be 100% quality time with the family but can't help missing the bike, especially with the great coastal roads in this part of the world.

Fortunately the missus is with me on this one, so here in lies my question:

Does anyone know of a slide out design that can be used for loading up my Ultra Classic. Before jumping in with trailers and other options, please understand that roads are tight and distances tend to be much shorter out here so I can't consider a "monster train".

In principle I can't see any reason why this can't be done, and as a specialist in hydraulics I have no problem designing a system that will power the slide, but beyond that I am keen to see what options are out there

Wife anI were at a boat and RV show last year and saw a Motor Home that had a compartment under the bedroon that was open on both sides and made with a ramp to roll a motorcycle in. Made me think about trading my 37' fifth wheel in on this MH. Interior was great, nice MH, don't remember the brand but is a pain to not be able to take my UC on vacation.

You just got to match the right helmet to the right bike. See attached photo. I look cool and no one could possibly know who i am.

Sgdiesel: If you can handle the hydraulics, why not just build a platform for the back of your MH? I don't think it would have to be much. A couple of small, (1500 pound) hydraulic pumps, one for each side, attatched to a steel frame, wire mesh rack. Something that looks like the racks used to carry bicycles, camping supplies, etc.

There is a post on ebay under trailers that has a lift made to support 1000 lbs. You have to have a heavy duty hitch to mount it, but it is the closest thing I have seen to carry a HD on the back of a mh. There is also a company that makes a platform with a crazy wheel on that mounts to the back of the mh or trailer, it is an extension of the rig.

Just saw a big ol motorhome the other day with an ultra on the back. Two hydraulic arms, big platform and the ultra strapped up there. just passing by so didn't get a real good look at it but it can be done. Sitting up about 3 feet off the ground.

BuzzSaw, I think you gave the right answer, but Man it's hard to imagine an Ultra on the back of one of those RV's. Just having it exposed to the elements and whatever else is going on back there scares me to death. But it is the perfect solution to the question.
