all right, i have tried several seats. The same thing happens after 100 or so more miles, my jeans ride up and my "junk" becomes uncomfortable. I have tried several types underware, breifs, boxer and a combo. I have tried without! Every time, after awhile everything jams up and at a stop light or on the road I find myself trying to make room. Any one out there got a solution to to crotch jam!
Man, I am waiting to see if someone has advice for this. I am certain I am going to get in trouble some day for some sort of "obscene" gesture as I reach down in there and rescue my own at red lights (or on the fly..)
if you're riding a streetglide, they have that saddle effect that ends up being a real nut crusher. i got a roadglide seat, and no more issues. the streetglide seat and windshield both look cool on the showroom floor, beyond that they're both useless. the roadglide seat is much flatter and prevents you from getting all scrunched up. i started buying relaxed fit jeans, and they're more comfortable for me. haven't tried, but they claim that bicycle shorts work great, as they're some sort of spandex stuff that your jeans will slide against rather than getting stuck at one point. it is a bad thing when something is driving you nuts while you're riding. helmet itch is another one that can really annoy me. hope you get her figured out though. my roadglide seat was an 09 take off, and fits my 08 streetglide great, by the way.
Dickies painters jeans. The most comfortable jeans to wear while riding and a side pocket for a paintbrush or a .40 S&W. Depends on whether you want to paint yourself into a corner or shoot yourself out of one...
at least others have the same issue, and it seems like everything else with this bike spend more money! I used to wear the dickies, nice pants. I shall try them again, I always wear relax fit, at 50 yoa nothing better.
Couple things you can try first you could get ***** & ******** reduction surgery,Should be covered by Obammy healthcare plan or you could do what I did and get those spandex bikeshorts and loose fitting jeans also the shorts wick sweat away- no more monkey but. I got mine at sports store and $$$ a friend got his at Wally World much cheaper. Hmm wonder if ***** extention would be covered mite write a letter to Barney Eatafrank and see.
put a sheepskin on the seat, cheap and it don't get more comfortable. (I'm talking when you are going somewhere, I don't use one if I am staying close to home.)
I've found that powdering up me bits with a bit of gold bond not only feels amazingly refreshing (the kiss of a thousand angels), but it prevents everything from getting scrunched up down there.
