Can somebody tell me the torque spec for the spark plugs on a 05 TC88?

12-18 ft-lbs (16-24 Nm). If you don't have a torque wrench this service manual also states you can torque it by hand to finger tight and then a quarter turn of your wrench. Hope this helps

i just snug mine down. you do not have to torque the @#@#$ out of them, in fact you don't want to, otherwise you may end up stripping out your heads next time you have to remove them. you basically just want to seal them up so you're making good compression. that doesn't take gorilla strength to do that.

A touch of anti-seize on the threads can prevent a lot of hurt down the road.

Another vote for anti-seize. I just replaced mine after 10k miles and they came out super easy.
