Front Wheel Bearings
What are some of the signs that a front wheel bearing(s)might be getting ready to fail or has failed? I am experiencing some vibration in my frontend that I am not sure is tire related. My indy says its sounds like the wheel bearing. Going to take it over to his shop on Sunday or Monday, and put it on the spin balancer and see. Just wanted some ideas as to what to look, etc. My bike has 63,000 miles on it now.

By looking at the wheel hubs you might see grease streaks seeping/thrown out of the bearing seal, if you jack it up you could grab the wheel and fork and rock it back and forth to feel any play, or use a dial indicator to measure minute clearances.
The sealed bearings are supposed to be 100k life cycle, but at 60 k depending on what elements and wear and tear (I see you pull a trailer)you could very well be ready for a set
