Any of you guys that are thinking about an HD 110 or 113, think about an HQ 113 or 120. With an HQ package, you will have higher torque numbers accross the whole RPM range and you will get near stock or same as stock gas mileage when tuned properly. That is a fact, not an EPA estimate.
Harley sells the properly bored cases for a 113/120 inch engines for reasonable money.

I agree with producer on both:

Get the crank trued and welded (seen too many stock 96's out of true).

You will get great mileage if you use the right programmer. I average 40 mpg two up riding with my 113".
