Yes it does.
However, the guys that have an HD stock 96" motor are already set up for a 113". It's got a 4-3/8" crank Vs a 4". I'm very envious of this. However, if they decide to do a 113 or bigger, it's advised to do the Timkin conversion along with trueing, then welding the crank. I would do it if I was going to do an HQ, T-man, or using Woods TQ/HP cams with a high flowing head. It's a good idea because of how much torque these motors put out.
Any of you guys that are thinking about an HD 110 or 113, think about an HQ 113 or 120. With an HQ package, you will have higher torque numbers accross the whole RPM range and you will get near stock or same as stock gas mileage when tuned properly. That is a fact, not an EPA estimate.

I agree with producer on both:
Get the crank trued and welded (seen too many stock 96's out of true).
You will get great mileage if you use the right programmer. I average 40 mpg two up riding with my 113".
