When the same thing was happening to mine, the loose connection was actually inside the speaker itself. Ended up buying a set of hogtunes and loved them, but mine was not under warranty.

Good idea, change the speakers left to right, right to left and see if it's the speakers or the wiring.
This issue drove me nuts! It wound up being the fiberboard that the speaker terminals attach to. It had rotated on the rivit that holds it to the speaker basket, and was allowing the terminal to short against the speaker basket.
I used a zip tie underneath it, thru the basket and sinched it up to prevent rotation.
