Road Glide Outer Fairing
Just buttoned up the fairing after installing J&S speakers. I checked the inside the outer fairing and found the fairing severely cut particularly on the left side. The fairing appeared to be hung properly. I called a local HD Dealership and talked to the service guy. He said to his knowledge this was the first time such a thing has happened. I told him about several people on here with the same problem. Long story short they will take a look next week and contact HD with the results. I asked that in the meantime if a RG comes in and needs the fairing removed to please look inside as it is difficult to see if you're not looking for that particular problem. At least they agreed to look under warranty. I'll let ya know what happens. By the way those new speakers sound great.

An ESP claim was submitted for mine New Years Eve,still waiting to see if it will be covered!
With minimal wear on yours,HD may not do anything yet.Wait till the factory warranty is almost up then take a look.
