Ok so here is the deal, I was at the dealer the other day inquiring about winter stroage for my '09 SG and thought I would price out a new a/c while I was at it. Just out of curiosity I asked what it would run me to upgrade to a 103". The tech told me they were running a special over the winter where they would upgrade me to the 103", install a SE stage 1 a/c, SE 203 cams, SERT, dyno tune it out both before and after the breakin period, and waive their storage fee all for a limited time offer low low price of $2500. So my question here is, should I jump all over this deal or is the dealer making this out to sound better than it actually is?

Double check with Louisville HD before you do it.
A buddy of mine got his '09 SG done last fall there. Same deal, they run a special over the colder months.
I think he told me he was out the door for under $1500 for the 103" upgrade.
Now, as far as the air cleaner etc? Don't know if that was included.
All I remember is that he told me no other dealer he contacted could come close to the price in Louisville.
Local dealer does the stage II in the winter for around $1700 installed, if I remember correctly. Didnt pay it much mind as its about $1700 more than what Im willing to spend on assembly line performance parts.
I just talked to one of the indi's in my area and he said he could get me the 103" kit, cams, a/c, and a PCV w/ auto tune for about 2K out the door. now i have to figure out if i should go with the SERT or the PCV.
I would look to an indy to do the dyno. It seems that most H-D shops don't pull as much out of the new engine as there is possible, plus the H-D shop charges by the hour while the indys usually have a set price.
Did mine last winter with everything you have listed except different cams and I already had the SE airfilter for $1850. Of course then I added the D&D with ghost pipe for $1000and the chrome front end for $500...never ending cycle...lol

Go with the PCV -less hassle and mapped to go. The SERT is useless unless you have a top-notch tech that can tune it properly. Just my 2 cent opinion.
