Default Birch white

looking at some flht police bikes. Dealer has all ready done some civilianizing. All are in very good cosmetic shape. Paint and chrome look great. I always liked the black flht's. Not to be a poseur but, other than slapping a black cut down windshield on it, is there anything you can do with birch white, short of a repaint, to make it a bit more of a head turner??

Vinyl graphics?

Red and blue lens covers?

If you want black, nothing will make it look black other than paint.

You could primer it and have the denim look.

I’m in the same boat you are with a 98 FLHPI, birch white. I’m repainting my batwing and hard bags right now. After that it’s some classic pin striping to make it stand out just a little and a mural on each bag. I like the white cop bike look because cars always move over on the highway, especially in the HOV lane at about 80mph…And I have never had a problem picking my bike out of a line up, white just sticks out, the minority can be nice.

I was thinking that would be a plus. Just wondering how you dress up the vanilla ice cream aspect of the bike. Whats a full repaint gonna run anyway?? Nothing fancy, just a solid color.

Have the Glazier pearl white, added the black saddlebag guards, and they do add something. I like the white, doesn't show the dust, dirt quite as bad. Now bug, well that is a different cookie.

Is the 98 all Birch white? I picked up a 2000 FLHTPI in Birch White and Black, I love the paint scheme. Here's what the black/white combo looks like.

Hey thanks, looks really nice in person. I figured if you liked it, it might give you some ideas that might allow you to make relatively simple changes to the Birch white paint scheme, like doing the bags in black, for instance, without having to repaint the entire bike.
