I used to ride ricers and had a buell firebolt so I know wheelies with them but clueless on a RK doing a wheelie. How does a stock bagger wheelie? Clutching it?
Ok, step one, pull in the clutch (I'd suggest about a 10 MPH roll)
Step two rev the **** out of her
Step three, dump the clutch
Step four, hold on
Step five, be prepaired to open your wallet frequently.
Step six hope like hell that you don't end up with 700-800 lbs of bike on top of you or someone else.
But seriously, if you want to do wheelies, why not ride a rocket?
I am just curious as I see these guys on youtube and other places doing wheelies. Did not know it was possible for our bikes to do it without huge upgrades.
I can't be the only person shaking my head thinking why would you want to do a wheelie on a bagger. Nothing like a 900lb bike coming back over and on top of you.
Smartest thing you could ever do if you want to do a wheelie is to use someone else's bike!!!!AND also when SOMEONE ELSE is NOT looking!!!!! ....LOL....
if you have a build motor roll about 10mph, ease out clutch while increasing RPMs -- lean back slightly -- release clutch -- keep feet on floor boards -- if bike gets to high in the air TAP on the rear brake -- ride the wheelie out -- do not let the bike slam back to the ground--only attempt this on a wide open road/area do not attempt in a parking lot (don't ask me how I know) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=luq4wnscK-8&feature=fvw

THANKS for asking the question being my first harley i want to know everything about the bike not that i would do it i could'nt afford the repairs but sometimes just asking a question on the forum your going to take some hits by just asking enjoy the bike.
there is absolutely nothing wrong stunting on YOUR bike as long as you don't endanger anyone else -- don't be like this person --- always wear safety gear when out stunting http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MIP1hchwddY
