Geez..I took my rider's backrest off my bike yesterday for the first time.
A few revs, and I thought I was gonna fly off my bike.
I can't imagine letting it fly.

Didn't Mamma tell him not to let off the rear brake like that?!?
Great demonstration of a "high-side"

a really fat chick on the back would help, as the center of gravity would be radically better for getting the front end up. but i think a really attractive smaller chick would help to get it up in a much more pleasurable way, in my humble opinion.

pick and choose your spots for wheelies -- at a minimum you will fcku up a belt pretty quickly (within 5k miles) and a whole host of other chit can go wrong--

the more torque you have the easier it is to get it in the air--if you look at the HDs doing wheelies on youtube most have gone to a chain (not yet available for 08 and later bikes)
Very well said, Lyn.....

Couldn't have said it better....

It's ALL about technique. As has been mentioned, setting it down "soft" will make (or BREAK) it a much better experience.

All that said.... what sorta clown would wanna wheelie their Bagger?

My Buell was not only great for wheelies, it was good for stoppies!

Now, if you can show me someone doing a stoppie on a Bagger... then I'll be impressed!
