I have a streetglide and I am looking for a good seat with looks also with my research I am leaning toward c&c seems like a good company any input on the best seat for the bike 2 up is what I am looking for. Thanks
Have the solo with the removable pillion. Nice seat, pretty comfy. Took me a bit to get used to it, but I like it now. Prices are reasonable too. Pay cash and they'll eat the sales tax. Of course, I'm only a 20 minute ride from them, so...
I had the Solo with the Pillon but I sold it and got the Corbin Solo with the Pillon, for some reason I didn't feel Secure with my Wife riding on those Suction Cups

i've heard that they have changed their mounting system for the pillion. i know they used to have a disclaimer on their webpage that basically said that the pillion was for cosmetics and not for passenger use.
How bad do you want her to go along? They have two sizes of passenger pillions.
FYI: I couldn't make the tang on the passenger pillion work so removed it. The pillion still works great and some clear protection film on the fender keeps the suction cups from leaving fine scratches.
I just got my C&C solo/backrest/large passenger pillion a couple days ago. Only been out a couple times for short rides.
Quality is great.
Passenger pillion has 6 suction cups and a metal tab that is designed to go under the nut and t-bracket of solo seat, and then you use the stock screw to attach the back of it. The tab doesn't really have a notch or anything to hold it in place, which I guess I have to wonder about. I mean, I don't think it's going to go anywhere being screwed in the back and 6 fairly heavy duty suction cups. But it seems to me that the forward metal tab on the pillion would hook into the solo seat hardware a little better. Maybe I'm missing something?
Anyway, seat is definately firmer than the stock FLHX seat. Not saying that is a bad thing. In fact, I've heard that firmer is better for comfort on longer rides. Like a new pair of shoes, will take some getting used to.
Backrest is awesome, just slides in and is very sturdy. No mounting. Easy on/off.
Overall, very happy with my purchase. Looking forward to getting it out on a longer (2-3hrs in the seat) rides.
A saddle is a personal preference so you'll get tons of opinions.
Just got my first C&C over from years of Corbins and I really like the seat. Quality is top notch and C&C is one of the best people I've ever dealt with.
