Hmm... Lets think about this maynard. A guy running a 700+lb cruising bike with a windshield and saddlebags, running around 1/2 second slower than a guy on a 350lb water cooled japper. The guy on the yamazuki should be hanging his head in shame.
Lucky they werent running the 1/8th or the guy on the R6 would be REALLY EMBARRASSED.

Would a different throttle body be beneficial on a 107 with bigger valves and cnc ported heads running a Andrews 54 cams?

I would recommend the 50mm SE unit...it's OE so it fits nicely...has the upgraded injectors and can be had on ebay reasonably cheaply.

50mm is plenty for a 107.

sorta like the guy who wants to put a holley 850 double pumper carb on the stock 350 motor in his chevelle.
