I am going to change over to some new powder coated forks when I do my 20,000.00 mile survace next week. Do I need new fork seals?

I would. Whenever I change out the fork oil on my rides I change the seals. Cheap insurance.

I just bought a bunch of them. I did a brand new set of forks for our member in Egypt "Pharaoh" who purchased a brand new 2010 Bagger. It has 0 miles on it and I spent the $4.70/each and put them in. For less than $10 you know for sure it will not leak. O'h, BTW did you look at your bushings? If you own a bagger, the Teflon is worn through and the bushings are worn out." Spend more time observing your parts to keep the bike working properly than worrying if it is good looking (IMO).
