If you watched American Chopper

seriously, it might not be worth while.

I just used industrial velcro to attatch my IPOD Nano to the left T-Bag windshield pouch. Ran the cord across the top of the bags & down to the HK radio. By putting it on the left bag you dont have to set the cruise control to switch songs. Wish there was a way to use the handle bar controls to operate the Nano through the stock radio!

I keep my iPod in my Boom! audio pouch and it works good. Biggest downfall is on hot days my iPod overheats and shuts down and freezes up.
Needless to say one of my winter mods is going to run an audio cable to my saddlebag to put it in there.
My Dad keeps his in his windshield bags.

Although I don't have an IPod/Iphone, I mounted my XM radio to the handlebars and routed the wires down the handlebars through the faring and up the other side into the AUX port.

Picked up the mount from www.Mountguys.com

I keep mine in my pocket and use Bluetooth transmitter http://www.amazon.com/Griffin-Techno...8102308&sr=8-2 . Works great, if I take it out while I'm riding to change songs I usually put in the fairing pouch. If you stop you can take phone calls on it too.

Used to clip my Nano to my 2-pouch windshield bag. Now I put my iPhone in the "Tune Tray" of my new Sony Deck.

Good thing about the CVO is that it comes pre-wired in the left hard case with a quick disconnect for easy removal for cleaning of the swing arm and rear wheel. Integration into the HK stereo makes for a clean way to have an iPod connected to the system.
