Go to www.powercommander.com and read the introduction. Cost including custom dyno tune should be around $500 to $600. Best money you could spend on your ride!

Floating rotors, the only way to brake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ORIGINAL: 103FLHX

The brakes are a common issue. I had the same.

Replaced them with floating rotors & squeal gone. Look cool, too.

Thanks for the information guys. I'm new to Harley's and it hasn't been a sweet start. As I posted ealier, the check engine light came on yesterday. Today is wasn't glowing so I took it for a spin. Well as fate would have it the check engine and battery discharge light came on as I watched the volt meter go down, down...... Sure as fate would have it, the battery went dead about a mile from home. Maybe stupid on my part for even riding it. Well, guess it's another 2 hour dive with a trailer back to the Harley dealer.
Interesting. After the above issues with the check engine light, battery discharge light, and eventual dead battery. After I towed it back home I did a complete recharge on the battery, and since have not had either light come back on. Could a low battery have initially caused the faults?
