Theres detailed instructions with pictures on how to remove the outer fairing.
Once the outer is off just swap the speakers.

Piece of cake... remove the windshield, 6 screws on the inner faring and the running lights and it will come right off. As for the Hog Tunes, the enclosed instructions are right on. Did my 05 Electra Glide Classic this past winter. I was done in 30 minutes...
