24K on my '07 Ultra now, a few minor problems along the way but I love the bike and have no intention of getting rid of it anytime soon. Added IDS 20,000 miles ago, and added a Progressive stabilizer about 3,000 miles ago (I recommend). I also run a T-Max (came in handy when I swapped cams). Only real issues I've had were the fuel coupler/disconnect thing where it exits the tank, the radio and the ignition switch. None of those problems is specific to '07's though.
Bought her in August of 07, just went over 30,000 miles. Have had Rineharts, Stage 1, PCIII, since 1000 miles.
I've run Mobil 1 Syn 20-50 in the motor, HD Formula + in the primary, Mobil 1 Syn 75 - 90 in the trans, since first oil change. Change most at 5000.
I've had a rear shock and all fairing brackets changed under warranty.
During my last oil change I found some serious metal powder in the trans oil, and it's got me a bit nervous. Switched to 75 - 140 Mobil 1 Syn in an effort to reduce shock loads - we'll see? Really smooths out the trans noises. She's out of warranty - of course!
I've added and modded lot's of stuff.
My favorite add ons:
IDS - by far!
PM Grips
E3's
Push button fuel cap - simple but no fear of not being able to get gas...
Future mods:
HQ107
Baker 7 speed?
All in all - very happy with my 07!
2 - up 1/4 of those miles! My wife loves the 07 too!
A little over 16000 mile on my Ultra and the only issue I have had is not more time to ride it. I will keep it until they come out with somethng better. (liquid cooled)
I just traded my 07 ultra for a 2010 ultra. The 07 had 16,000 miles on the clock. I really liked the 07 and I'm still scratching my head on my decision to trade. I had the money so what the hey!
The only problem I had was the starter came loose, causing an intermittent starting problem. It never left me stranded. I did a post here and was informed that there was a service bulletin out from HD stating that the torque specs were wrong for the starter bolts. I replaced one bolt and put a drop of blue locktite on each bolt. Retorqued and this ended this small problem.
I did a FuelMotto package, air cleaner, pc3, 2 into 1 exhaust. MCC did the seat. I miss the very mild whine that it made in 5th. Overall a very sound machine.
Got 25k on my RG with no problems at all. Thunder Header 2 into 1, PCIII, Stage I, E3's, all black-no chrome any more, lowered (floor boards and kick stand scrape of course), change all fluids at 5k with Mobil 1 synthetic 20 W 50 and 75 W 90 in tranny.
2007 Ultra here, 21,000 miles. Very happy. Starter is beginning to go for a crap, which is what I was told to expect in the '07's & '08's. Otherwise, happy & groovy.
28000 on my RK standard. All stock except IDS, Mustang and batwing that I installed. Looks like the compensator just went on it, waiting for an SE comp. Inner steel ring on rear sprocket popped off up in Labrador in August, think I got a stone in the belt. Had to drop the rear wheel, pull the sprocket and was able to reseat the ring with a punch. Still on after 4500 miles. I'm going to make a better belt guard for it so that can't happen. Mobil 1 in engine and tranny, HD oil in primary. No 5th gear whine, horn doesn't like rain, no other problems. 40-45 mpg.
Just turned over 25000, on my e-glide classic, no problems, maint. And care done by a local indy., new battery , new tires , and new back brakes, just the usual.
