I did the V&H headers with the Rush slipons with 1.75 baffles. It did sound pretty good, and once I put the Big City thnuder baffles in the headpipes it performed good too. But was too loud, with a snappy edge to the sound. I tried the Bub 7 True duals, and the sound was nicer, deeper tone, less edge to it, but even louder on the gas. So I switched to the 7 Stealth mufflers still using the 7 headers and I love it. More bottom end than either of the other setups, and I'm not disturbing the peace.

From what I understand the quiet baffle actually performs a bit better than the standard. I put a FC on a couple of years ago and this is the longest I've gone without changing.

Thanks, I'll look into the Bub stealth slip ons.
