I have run the RR for the last 2 years. I love the look and sound. I am running a 95ci motor with high flow heads and after the engine build I have a decel pop issue, that I dont think I will be able to get rid of. The pipe is wide open and creates troubles with reversion. That would be the only con to the pipe that I have found. They are expensive, but I love the sound they create.
There is a baffle but it is very short 9" long w/ fiberglass wraped around it. The baffle is wide open if you push a broom handle through the pipe it will go all the way to the head pipes. In a sense there is no restrictor plate to stop the reversion effect.
I have been playing around to create a new baffle for mine to stop the decel pop, I will get it built, but it is a lot of trial and error, finding the right sound etc.
