OK I have all of you beat. I picked mine up in Feb 09 and as I was strapping it down at the dealer when the ratchet let go and the bike fell over to the right. Well with the strength of Super Man I stood the bike up as the Service guys came running over to help.
So.. With their help I got the bike strapped down and after close inspection we determined I lucked out and did not damage the bike. So they all left and I was rolling up the left over strap and promptly dropped it on the front fender putting a golf ball size dent in it.
If I would have paid .25 per word for that one it would take me longer to pay that off than the bike.

I picked up my EGC on Saturday evening in Marcdh, dropped it in gravel the next day (afternoon). Then ran it into Manzanita, a hardwood.
I figured I was over such foolishness by June. Not so. I stopped at the exit of a parking lot from a baseball game, put my left leg down & couldn't keep the bike up. My date & I slow-rolled to our left. She's still talking to me [laughing at me??].
I guess embarrassing myself in public is becoming easier as I age . . .

Haven't dropped my Ultra except that time that a friend next to me tipped over and on me and my wife so down went the bike, but no damage. My record is hard to beat. In 2004 I purchased a BMW RT w/power assisted brakes and I rolled the bike from the dealer about four feet and had to stop to check for traffic and as soon as I touched that front brake I went down...just didn't expect the touchy power brakes to grab so quickly.

This is really bad luck thread...missed a catagory..."Not Yet". Dropped my Dyna "Sally" in Publix Parking lot and snatched it up quick....not supposed to be able to do that easy...thought everyone in Publix saw me. Lesson learned never sit on the bike and lean over to pick up something on the ground.
Now "Clyde" my Road King .....and I hate to say this....has never been dropped.....going to the garage now and kick the stand just to get it over with. All of this after 50 years of riding and have dropped everyone of them...sorry Clyde.

One my way up Independence Pass (heading East out of Aspen), I saw a picture that needed to be taken, so I stopped at a point on the side of the road, and the damn pea-gravel was much looser than it appeared. My right foot slid out to the right and I gently laid the bike on its' right side (was fully stopped).
Fortunately, two cars stopped within 30 sec of the situation. I had already gotten the kickstand in the down position and was working to get myself positioned to lift and their help made it much easier! 900lbs of bike sucks when you're having to lift it!
No more of that crap...that's for sure!
