has anyone here every put a set of car component speakers in their bike ? if so how do they sound and which ones did you use ? thanks

I just put in a ARC audio system in my ultra.It has seperates up front and coax in the rear with a 120 watt amp it rocks.ARC is well known in the car audio industry.

+1 on the ARC's 6.5 just put a set in mine and took the J&M's and put them in the back. The sound is awsome.

You won't be happy unless as a min you purchase marine grade speakers... The elements can be brutal to a set of speakers NOT designed for the outdoors.
