ORIGINAL: PhilM

I have a set.... THey were on my bike for a couple months, but now they live on the self in my garage. I could not keep them tight enough so that the stirup would not spin. They would work for a bit, & I guess the leverage of my heel would cause them to spin.

If ya want a set of them that have a really sweet "gloss black" powder coat on them... shoot me a PM, "Have I got a deal for YOU"!

Phil

Mine would spin too. I marked the position I wanted, took them apart, used a center punch to stipple the mating surfaces and then put them back together with red loc-tite. No More Movement

I have 'em ... but don't use the heel rest ... it is really too small to provide much help. I keep them tucked in and out of the way.

Dumb question for those who have rattleing? Why don't you use Loctite or self locking nuts?

I have them and love them, you will need to blue loctite them to keep them from coming loose and spinning
