Depends on how good the base map is. It's constantly tuning it so you want to ride in all RPM and load ranges. If you need a number i'd say a couple of hundred miles gets you a good auto tune map.

Whose "auto tune" are you talking about?

Time to dial AFR in "reasonably well" varies & procedure makes big different.

Time will NEVER "auto tune" on any of them. YOU have to be able to do that.

If you are asking this question, with regard to the build description in your signature..... There's NO F'ing way I'd consider and "auto tune" on that ~ NO WAY!

If that's what you're asking about, you've already dropped SERIOUS $$'s. Don't cheap out now. Get a SEST, TTS, or DirectLink and have it tuned by a COMPETENT tuner.

Yes I just got the 124 installed and picked up today. Runs like crap right now. I have the race tuner but no one around here can tune so I went with the Power comander v and auto tune. I am going to have Jason from speeds performance dial it in at daytona. I just wanted to have it safe for a few weeks until then.

Dude... On a motor like that, not to mention the $$ invested, you "gotta" use a decent tuning device.

Hopefully, you mean they are gonna tune the SERT for ya when you get there...???....
