Cleaning paint spots?
Does anybody have any ideas of how to clean tiny spots of paint off my candy red 08 Ultra? I have tiny spots of white paint all over my paint also everywhere else. It is probably some kind of industrial enamel maybe as it was being used to paint a canopy over a c-store in south Fl.

Id be going back to the store. Asking to see the manager and showing him my bike and letting him know he has another bill to pay for and that would be me taking my bike to a paint detail shop to see if they could clean and buff everything out.

Clay bar first, then a detail shop if that fails. Were you riding close to any highway stripe-painting operations? That happened to me - I feel your pain.
If you have full coverage insurance, it's likely you could make a comp claim that would stick.

On second thought, you probably have those paint specs everywhere on the bike , not just the tank and fenders. I would file a claim with my insurance co. if you can't get the bike cleaned up. Good luck with this.

I sprayed an old pop-up camper with Rust-Oleum Industrial from a gallon can a few years back. I made the mistake of going through the roll up doors one time, instead of the side door to refill my gun. It covered my lowrider and the wife's sportster. I used HD Swirl and Scratch remover and Semi-chrome polish. They worked fine on everything.
