Power is great once you get the air cleaner mod and the download from Harley.
Well since I didn't get the data I was looking for, another thread had a link to a great comparison of 2-1 and 2-2 exhaust. The bike was a Night Train. It didn't list the particulars of the bike but I believe it had a 95" kit. All of these pipes were installed tested and dynoed.

A lot of people debate losing power with 2-2 pipes versus 2-1 pipes. The above results are a great examples of a broad range of pipes on one bike. Here are the averages....not really enough to debate about from what I can see.
I finally tracked down the entire series of articles that produced these comparisons. The bike was a 2000 Night Train. It's amazing what you can find with a good search engine (altavista.com). Here is a link to the entire article with the first four of five parts: American Thunder Night Train Build Parts 1-4
I have the hooker tuned flow slip ons, if set as dynojet and others suggest, right to HP.(which is near straght thru) left to torque, (which closes the thru hole and sends all thru its modest baffle) are LOUD, how loud you ask? LOUD,LOUD,LOUD! SOUNDS GOOD, LOW AND RUMBLE, I like them better turned both to torque, low end power is way better, still louder than, vance and hines, and even samson, one thing, the map dynojet has listed on their website for right HP,left torque still works great with both on torque.
