From what I know, all 2010 collectors (headers) have catalytic converters, including screamin eagle... Your only choise will be aftermarket like FuelMoto (http://www.jackpotmufflers.com/headpipes.htm).

Marco,

I also have a 2101 FLHTK and in the process of working on the exhaust. As some have mentioned Fuel Motto another option is to slice apart the header near the middle be careful not to cut into the O2 sensors, take an air chisel and remove the CAT and then reweld header back together. A company called Fullsac does this, however they are in Arizona.

What I intend to do is have the CAT removed from the Header Pipe and go with the Supertrapp Fatshots Mufflers, Andrews 54H cams and a retune using HD SEST or Mastertune TTS.

Doing this over the winter, which is basically here now (Calgary) temperature right now -8 deg C and just had 8 cm of snow.

Marco if you wait a month you will be able to buy head pipes from Vance & Hines and help your heat issue.

I was told that the 09 headers will fit the 2010 and that there is an extension for the O2 sensors. This will allow you to run the cooler 09 headers and remove the 2010 headers with the catalytic converter all together. Any confirmation on this??

using 09 headpipe u would also have to adapt the new o2 sensors they are smaller than the ones on the 09.
