Texas Fat Boy: you took the thread the wrong way! There is no comparison between the two bikes, I love the king, was just wondering, from experienced harley folks if it was normal or if there was an adjustment that needed to be made!

Your RK ain't no Jap bike, it's probably closer to a 50 year old John Deere tractor, which by the way I like those also.

Very normal. My first bike was a sporty did the same thing, and I was like WTF. I don't even think about now with the King. Congrats, and let's see the pics. Be safe.

2009 FLHRC Vivid Black stock except for some bling

I went from a Honda VT750DC Spirit to the King in March this year. I thought the shake felt like raw power ready to go .... 11000 mi on the clock and it feels as smooth as butter now.... GO RIDE IT !!!!!! Congrats and Enjoy.......
