I added a Mikuni 42 carb with high flow air filter, then added Rinehart true duals. Nice...but, thinking about adding the 95cc kit to get that last bit of HP and torque but without voiding my warranty.
Is this a good upgrade, will I notice the difference? I live in Houston, is it better to go to the dealer or to another local shop?

As long as the independent shop is certified to work on Harleys, it will not void your warranty. However, by changing the exhaust or mufflers from the stock ones, your warranty for those components are already voided!
